To ease our workflow, as of August 2024 we will have a set ‘shipment day’ per week. Regardless of when your Store order or Members Pack order is placed, it will be dispatched the following Saturday. If you place an order on a Saturday before 8am, it will ship same day. You will receive an Order Fulfilled email notification which signifies that we have picked and packaged your item, it will then go to our holding bay until the next closest Saturday (that post offices are open) where it will be dispatched via the options displayed below.
