Market research is the process of gathering, analysing, and interpreting data about a market, including information about the target audience, competitors, and overall industry trends. It involves several methods such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and observations to understand consumer behaviour, preferences, and motivations.
The purpose of market research is to identify and evaluate potential markets for products or services, assess demand, and uncover insights that can guide business decisions. It helps organisations understand what their customers want, how much they are willing to pay, and which factors influence their buying decisions.
In essence, effective market research can provide valuable information that helps businesses optimise their marketing strategies, improve customer satisfaction, and ultimately increase sales and profitability.

We work with marketing agencies and market study companies as an additional way of supporting the Club’s running costs. We usually get a small ‘finders fee’ or very low % of the overall research budget.
The funds go into things like the Club website and investing into our future.
Ranger Club UK is completley non-profit. -
We work with marketing agencies and market study companies usually to source participants for a study. The whole research process will have numerous stages and parties involved. Market study companies come to us to source participants as it’s easier, cheaper and a lot quicker than hunting for individual participants.
